Why we do this!
Inspired by Gospel values, the society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic Lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person to person service to those who are needy and suffering in the tradition of its founder, blessed Frederic Ozanam and patron St. Vincent de Paul.
The Ozanam Karunya Bhavan an old age home, the project was visioned by the central council of Trivandrum during the year 2002 when Bro Francis Stephen was the president and Rev. Fr. John De Bosco spiritual advisor.
The foundation stone of Ozanam Sneha Bhavan the Jubilee Memorial Home Blessed by honorable Arch Bishop His Grace Dr. Thomas J Netto on the Jubilee Anniversary Day in the presence of National Council President Bro S. Jude Z R Mangalraj.

കട്ടയ്ക്കോട് സന്തോഷ് ഭവനിൽ വിത്സന്റെയും, ശ്രീമതി. അൽഫോൻസായുടെയും, പരേതരായ രണ്ടു മക്കൾ സന്തോഷിന്റെയും, പ്രദീപിന്റെയും സ്മരണയ്ക്കായി, ഓസ്സാനം സ്നേഹ ഭവന്റെ നിർമ്മാണ ഫണ്ടിലേക്ക് രണ്ടുലക്ഷം (200000/-) രൂപ, OKB മാനേജർ താങ്കസ്വാമിയുടെ സാന്നിത്യത്തിൽ,റവ. സി. അനീറ്റ കോപ്പാണ്ടിശേരിയെ ഏല്പിക്കുന്നു.
വലിയവേളി ഇടവകയിലെ രണ്ടു കോൺഫറൻസുകൾ, ഓസാനം സ്നേഹഭവന നിർമ്മാണ ഫണ്ടിലേക്ക് കൂപ്പൺ വഴി സ്വരൂപിച്ച രണ്ടു ലക്ഷം (200,000/-) രൂപയുടെ ക്യാഷ് ചെക്ക് ഇടവക വികാരി റവ. ഫാ. ലെനിൻ ഫർണാണ്ടസ് , സി സി വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ബ്ര. ഡയനീഷ്യസ് പെരേരയ്ക്കു കൈമാറുന്നു.
കരുംകുളം ഏരിയാ കൗൺസിലിലെ കരുംകുളം ഇടവകയിലെ കോൺഫറൻസുകൾ കെട്ടിട നിർമ്മാണ ഫണ്ടിലേക്ക് കൂപ്പൺ വഴി സ്വരൂപിച്ച 82000/- രൂപ ഏരിയാ കൗൺസിൽ മീറ്റിംഗിൽ വച്ച് കോൺഫറൻസ് മെമ്പറും സെൻട്രൽ കൗൺസിൽ വൈസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ബ്ര. എസ്. ആൽബർട്ട് സെൻട്രൽ കൗൺസിൽ പ്രസിഡന്റിന് കൈ മാറുന്നു.
കഴകൂട്ടം സെൻറ്. ജോസഫ് കോൺഫറൻസ് പ്രസിഡന്റ് ബ്ര. ലാസർ പെരേരയുടെ , മാതാപിതാക്കളുടെ സ്മരണാർത്ഥം ഓസാനം സ്നേഹ ഭവനത്തിൽ ഒരു ഹാൾ സ്പോൺസർ ചെയ്തു നിർമ്മിക്കുവാൻ ചെലവാക്കുന്ന തുകയായ അഞ്ചു ലക്ഷം ( 500,000/-) രൂപയുടെ ക്യാഷ് ചെക്ക് സെൻട്രൽ കൗൺസിൽ പ്രസിഡന്റിന് കൈമാറുന്നു.
