Trivandrum Central Council of Society of St. Vincent de Paul is celebrating their Golden Jubilee in the year 2022-23With regard to this the Trivandrum Central Council has decided to construct a Home for Women. At present the Trivandrum Central Council is managing a Home for Men at Azhakulam. It has been decided to construct a Home to accommodate 50 inmates. The name of the Home shall be Ozhana Sneha Bhavan. The Diocese was gracious enough to allow the Trivandrum Central Council to use 50 cents of land for this noble cause.

The building is situated in 50 cents of land of dimension 72m * 28m. The overall area of the building is around 8200sqft with an additional ramp area of 800sqft.The building size has been restricted to 27m * 18m excluding the ramp area. It has been designed to accommodate 48 inmates. The below said requirements have been incorporated in the design of the building.
